Meals on Wheels
Meals on wheels is a program that is available to senior adults and/or other participants at a client's place of residence. Homebound clients can expect to see Frozen meals that are offered before weekends and holidays, shelf-stable meals that are provided annually prior to the winter season, and ready to eat meals delivered daily Monday-Friday. Silver Sneakers
Silver Sneakers is a health and fitness program designed for adults aged 65+ and is included with any Medicare plan. The silver sneakers enrollment period is annually open between October 15th and December 7th. When signing up for Medicare, make sure that Silver Sneakers is included in your plan so that you can be enrolled.

Weight Watchers
Start your journey to a healthier life by joining Wellness Workshops by Weight Watchers (WW) studio held at the Lamar County Senior Services Center! During our meetings, you'll meet people from all walks of life who are coming together to learn more about eating healthier, moving more, and connecting with each other. All sessions are held by a wellness coach that has been through the program! Join us and find out how WW has helped millions of members lose weight and live happier, healthier lives!
Meetings are held on Tuesdays at 6pm. (Please note meeting times are subject to change at any time.)
